Estate of Roma Mason v. Mason, Appeal of Alma Spooner. 289 S.C. 273, 346 S.E.2d 28 (1986) Our office represented one of the parties on the appeal. Appellant was part of will lawsuit where original will was destroyed, the will maker died, and a photocopy of the will was accepted as the will. The trial court held that the destruction of the will was not with intent to so destroy. The appellate court reversed the matter and send it back for a new trial. Our office represented one of the family members. Donnan v. Mariner, 339 S.C. 621, 529 S.E.2d 754 (Ct. App 2000). Our office represented one of the parties on the appeal. Two hefts were involved in the validity of a will by the deceased. The conveyance was upheld at the trial level and on appeal. Martin v. Skinner 286 S.C. 527, 335 S.E.2d 252 (Ct. App. l985) Our office represented one of the parties on the appeal. There was a suit to determine will or no will. The circuit court found no will and was reversed on appeal. |
