In Re ESTATE OF Roma MASON, Deceased, Ruth H. Carlton, Respondent v. Charles Calvin MASON, Ruby Ingle, Alma Spooner, Clyde Mason, Larry Crymes, Jerry Crymes, Lonnie Crymes, Defendants, of whom Alma Spooner is Appellant. Appeal of Alma SPOONER. . 289 S.C. 273, 346 S.E.2d 28 (1986)

Our office represented one of the parties on the appeal.

Appellant was part of will lawsuit where original will was destroyed, the will maker died, and a photocopy of the will was accepted as the will. The trial court held that the destruction of the will was not with intent to so destroy. The appellate court reversed the matter and send it back for a new trial.

Two heirs were involved in the validity of a will by the deceased. The conveyance was upheld at the trial level and on appeal.

This was a suit to determine will or no will. The circuit court found no will and was reversed on appeal.
