Does the Fisher Law Firm use written representation agreements?

 

Yes, on all occasions.

Where is the Courthouse?

 

This depends on the case, our office will ensure you are at the right courthouse.

How much will my case cost me?

 

This depends on the type of case and court. In general the more complex, the longer it takes. Criminal cases are set by the solicitor, others are set by a docketing clerk.

 

When can I see Mr. Fisher?

 

We encourage active two-way communication by in person, phone, fax, email or other. Our staff can always set appointments for Mr. Fisher.

 

Is their ample parking?

 

Yes, most spaces offer two hour parking.  A limited number of spaces are available at the Camperdown parking lot.

What are the office hours?

 

Monday through Thursday, 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Friday, 9:00 a.m. until 12:00 noon

Do you handle matters outside of South Carolina?

 

Our office is able to help in those areas, by associating local counsel in the other state.

Will I be prepared for court?

 

Mr. Fisher will always offer a personal conference to prepare for trial.

 

Can The Fisher Law Firm guarantee success?

 

No, our office does guarantee best efforts, but is unable to guarantee success in trial.

How long will it take to get my case heard?

 

             This varies by case, Mr. Fisher can give you a better idea of pending charges at the free initial conference.
