Adam Fisher, Jr., has been licensed to practice law in South Carolina since 1969. He received a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University and his J.D. from the University of South Carolina. He is the co-founder of the paralegal program at Greenville Technical College, and was an instructor for that program for nine years. He has lectured at the undergraduate level at the South Carolina Criminal Justice Academy and Clemson University. He authored articles in South Carolina Jurisprudence, on “Magistrates and Municipal Judges” (1992), and also “Declaratory Judgments” (1994). An alumnus of the National Judicial College, he joined the National Judicial College faculty in 1992 where he currently teaches Civil Law and Trials, Legal Research and Stress Management. He has lectured on Stress Management for the last ten years throughout the United States to over 5,000 people. He regularly presents this topic at the National Judicial College and the Greenville, South Carolina, Hospital Life Center. He is a frequent speaker on legal topics at the Criminal Justice Academy. |
